S’AGUANTA OSTERIA

A new osteria that feels as though it has always been here. S’Aguanta brings together rustic, genuine cooking, approachable yet never predictable wines, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, just a short stroll from Cote Piane and Sant’Andrea Beach. The menu is deliberately concise, with a basket of bread, homemade pasta and homemade desserts at its heart. The cuisine is predominantly seafood-based, while still giving pride of place to seasonal vegetables and the culinary traditions of the Island. The wine list is small but thoughtfully curated, featuring a selection of local labels alongside bottles from mainland Italy. The focus remains firmly on the local territory, while leaving plenty of room for discovery and enjoyment.
